As part of our ongoing initiatives we have developed Approaches to support the selection and implementation of ITIL based Configuration Databases and to providing documentation database solutions for the deliverables produced by projects/programmes using PRINCE2 and MSP based Frameworks.
These Approaches contain Implementation Roadmaps, a wide range of PC based software tools and sample/template deliverables. All of which provide a fast implementation capability which can be used by end users or consultancies retained to implement these internationally recognised Best Practice Frameworks.
We also provide a range of Assessment services to determine the current extent of conformance to these Best Practice Frameworks. These Assessments deliver a clear picture of where the ‘gaps’ are. We work closely with our clients to agree the appropriate and cost-justifiable transition steps to close these gaps. We help develop change plans and budgets and we work with our client organisations to provide consultancy support and to transfer skills throughout these transition steps.
Our assessments are a catalyst for innovation, as they open up our client organisations to new methods, tools and ideas. Our clients realise that these Best Practice Frameworks can only realise true added-value when they are professionally implemented and aligned to agreed working practices.
